This is very recent article from The Times written in March 2009 it discusses how boys learn differently about boys' learning in the classroom. We believe that the problem starts with boys entering formal education too early. The best solution to this is to use the power of play during foundation/reception stages.  The Times: All work and no play is bad for boys.
