We currently deliver to mainland UK. Standard delivery is charged by product spend upto £14.99 spend delicery is £2.49 and for £15 and over delivery is £3.95. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail which normally takes between 3-5 business days. Where possible, we send it by Packet Post, as it is is quicker. Multiple or heavier items will be sent by courier. Our aim is to send everything within 48 hours.
If you need it more urgently, then choose Next day delivery and the charge for this is £7.95. We need to receive the order before 1:00 pm to allow us to send it the same day. Next day delivery means next business/working day as we cannot deliver at weekends. It does cost a bit more and the courier will need to get someone to sign for it.
Returns & Replacements
Our aim is for you to be delighted with the quality of educational learning products we offer. However, if for any reason you wish to return any items from your order, please do so within 14 days of receipt and in resalable condition for either a full refund of the value of the goods or an exchange. Refunds are normally processed within 14 working days of receipt of the returned product(s).
Faulty goods.
If you receive goods which are faulty or have been damaged in transit, please let us know immediately and we will either offer you a full refund or arrange to replace the goods at our cost.
Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain insurance, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments are taken by Paypal on their own secure servers. Pricing is in GB pounds and is inclusive of VAT.
