Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your experience of using this site. To do this we need to let you know the terms and conditions you are accepting, simply by using or purchasing from this website.
When you order any product from this site, or simply access the website, please be aware that you are agreeing to all the terms and conditions described below. Please read them, so you're fully informed.
Payment & Currencies
We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. These are processed online using the Paypal secure payment service. Prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£). VAT is included and added at the standard rate.
Shipping and Handling
Standard orders are shipped using Royal Mail. Our standard delivery charge is £4.95 per order to UK mainland addresses (excludes Islands of Scilly, Isle of Man, and Scottish Islands). Our next day delivery charge is £8.95 to UK mainland addresses. For security reasons when you order online, we can only ship to the billing address that is linked to your credit/debit card that you use. All packages sent using courier companies include a delivery tracking facility. This allows us to monitor the delivery at all stages. The delivery will require a signature. If no one is available when couriers call to deliver the package you may need to collect it from local depot – a card will be left with instructions on what you need to follow.
Standard Delivery
If all your items ordered are "Available” we will usually despatch them within 1-2 working day, you should then receive your order within 3 to 5 days. Should any items be "Out of stock" (this is indicated in the product details) your first delivery will be with you within 7 to 10 days. Items which are out of stock will be sent at no extra charge to you after your first delivery. A signature is usually required on receipt. If you register with us you will be able to track the progress of your order. We will send you an email when your order leaves us. This may contain a carrier reference for you to track your parcel.
Next day delivery
All available items (if you can add to cart then they are available) will usually be despatched the same (if ordered before 13:00). Return of Damaged or Faulty Goods
We make every effort to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition, but if this is not the case you should contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange a replacement or full refund. If you would like to return damaged or faulty goods, please ensure that you contact us first by e-mailing us at service@rocketheads.com. We will then give you a reference number and send a return postage paid label to allow you to return the goods at no cost. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Return of Unwanted Goods
We guarantee your satisfaction with all goods that you purchase from Rocketheads.com. If in the exceptional event that you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you should contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods at service@rocketheads.com to arrange a full refund. Unwanted goods must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. We will refund you as soon as possible and in any case within 10 days of the goods being received by us.
Unless the goods are faulty or sent in error you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery and obtain insurance, as proof of posting is not proof of receipt.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancelling Goods Already Despatched.
If the goods have already been despatched we ask you to return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging and at your own cost. Please be aware that proof of posting is NOT proof of receipt and for this reason we recommend you use a signed-for insured service. We will refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less any costs to collect the goods if you do not send them back to us. We will refund you as soon as possible and in any case within 30 days of us receiving your notification.
